Before Ideal Resurfacing was founded, Tino gained a lot of experience in all types of construction work, including bathroom and kitchen refinishing.
All of his experiences made him dream about starting his own company.
He saw that many of the companies he worked for, were not delivering top-notch service and didn't treat the customers like kings. He knew deep down inside he could do better and offer a better experience for the customers.
He knew he had the skills and integrity to start a successful business. What would be a priority in his business is quality service end excellent customer service.
And so one day he took a leap of faith and went off to start his bathroom and kitchen refinishing, and never looked back ever since.
It took a lot of guts because there were a lot of risks involved. But he kept going, sticking with his principles of offering great service, honesty and integrity and is now running a successful kitchen and bathroom resurfacing business in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
He always puts his clients first and under no circumstances he will cut corners and underdeliver. He is there to go the extra mile for each one of his clients.
That’s one of the reasons he has so many repeat customers and referrals.
