Pricing your deals

  • The price you will give your products must be in balance with the perceived market value.
Don’t price your products too high nor too low.

If you want to go through your stuff faster and make more sales, price your products accordingly.
If you are okay with waiting a little longer to make a sale, you can price your products a little higher.

    *** Pro Tip ***
Don’t be greedy. There is enough money to be made following this process and it will pay off if you are not thinking in terms of scarcity. Try to shift your mindset to one of abundance.

Also, people ask for discounts all the time. I personally don’t mind at all. As a matter of fact, I even enjoy negotiating with them and I happily give a discount, because I help them, and I still make money.

    EXAMPLE
    How we price our deals:

    Washer and Dryers

    $255 - $275 → Washer and dryer - Ugly set
$295 - $395 → Washer and dryer - Nice set - clean looking - top loaders (GE, Whirlpool, Maytag, Kenmore, …)
$450 - $745 → washer and dryer - Nice set - Top loaders, mostly with pedestals ( LG and Samsung)

    Fridges

$195 - $150 → side by side or french door  fridge (best if stainless steel, but white or black is fine too) (Whirlpool, Samsung, GE, LG, Fridgeair, …)
$450 - $750 → really nice looking french door fridge, no scratches, perfect condition. (LG, Samsung)

    Treadmills

$225 - $345 → any good working treadmills that inclines
$450 - $675 → excellent condition treadmill, inclines. Brands: NordicTrack, Proform, True, Vision, …

    Ellipticals

$100 - $295 → any good looking elliptical that works

    Weights

     $1 per pound

    Sectionals

    $295- $ 600 for a nice looking, clean sectional

Posting/ reposting

Go over to marketplace and click on create a new listing

Fill out all the information

Photos → Add at least 4 good pictures of, in this case, the treadmill. Make it a habit to take good and clear pictures. When there is a flaw in your product, make sure to picture it. People appreciate when they get what they expected. You don’t want to falsely advertise!

Title → Be specific & include (and start) with the keyword. For example: Treadmill Nordictrack (you can add the model number)

Category → pick your category, you can type your product in, and FB will show you options.

Condition → I mostly pick good unless it’s new, or poor.

Description → Be clear in your description. For example : Treadmill Nordictrack 950 CC. Runs smooth. Inclines up to 10%. Has various workout programs. Delivery available.

When you fill out all the information, go to the next step.

Choose your delivery method.

When it’s a treadmill, washer & dryer, and anything that would be hard to ship, pick LOCAL ONLY.
If you found a niche where shipping is possible, click shipping and local pickup.
Now click Next and your product will get posted.
Sometimes it takes a few moments before FB to approve it but soon your product will be live!
